Kimberly Dart Heidt
Principal
Kimberly Dart Heidt, a trusted real estate veteran with over 25 years’ experience and a reputation for uncompromising integrity and savvy negotiations, founded Dart Retail Advisors in November 2008. Kim is highly knowledgeable in all phases of retail real estate including landlord leasing, tenant representation, investment sales and development. Kim provides unsurpassed service, combined with excellent communication, dedication, and transparency to build, and most importantly, maintain strong relationships with her clients. By exceeding expectations, Kim has been successful in making Dart Retail one of the leading brokerages serving the Atlanta MSA.
Kim attended Augusta State University, majoring in Accounting, and she is currently a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and South Carolina. She is an active member of ICSC and previously served for many years as a member of the Southeast Convention Committee and Retail Connection Committee.
Kim and her husband, Jeff Heidt, also own We Sell Restaurants, a restaurant business brokerage in Atlanta.
Beyond real estate, Kim is a member of Bridgepointe Church in Woodstock, founder of the Dart Family Foundation which gives back to underserved areas of her community, and board member for the Grateful Hearts Ministry which provides support to women emerging from the cycle of addiction, homelessness, and incarceration. Kim has one son, Jack, and one step-son, Myers, who are both her pride and joy.

Megann C. Poe
Partner & Vice President
Megann C. Poe, a licensed Georgia Real Estate Salesperson, joined Dart Retail in 2015. She is a commercial real estate executive with extensive experience in marketing, sales, leasing, tenant and landlord representation, technology, operational management, new development, and redevelopment project consulting.
Megann’s experience on both sides of the retail spectrum makes her a valuable asset to her clients and Dart Retail. Megann expertly represents her clients in contracts, property marketing, site selection, and negotiations. Megann is tech-savvy, personable, enthusiastic, and persistent when representing her clients. She works with owners, developers, and retailers to provide strategic leasing plans and market research throughout the Southeast. Megann enjoys making her clients’ complicated tasks feel simple as she executes services catered to fit the specific needs of each of her clients.
Megann is a Temple University graduate with a double major in Neuroscience and Psychology. Prior to starting her career in Commercial Real Estate, Megann was a former Division 1 and Professional Athlete, Director of Marketing and Business Development for Pain Management and MRI of Philadelphia, PA, Director of Marketing and Operations for Lassiter & Associates LLP of Philadelphia, PA, and the Operations & Marketing Manager of Emerge Accounting of Atlanta, GA. Megann is actively involved in the active apparel retail industry and the gym and fitness industry. She is also a member of Oasis Family Life Church.

Robyn Flanagan
Leasing Manager
Robyn Flanagan, a licensed Georgia Real Estate Salesperson, joined Dart Retail in 2017.
Robyn represents her clients throughout the Southeast in contract negotiations taking the time to understand each client’s goals and objectives in order to provide leasing solutions that create value beyond lease execution.
Robyn demonstrates professional integrity, attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of service while building long term relationships within the industry.
Robyn is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management.

Tom Thompson
Sales & Leasing
Tom Thompson has been in the commercial retail real estate business in Atlanta for over 35 years, primarily focusing on leasing and sales of retail properties in the Metropolitan Atlanta area.
Prior to joining the JGRE team, Tom was Director of Leasing at Retail Planning Corporation which is one of the premier shopping center owner/developer/third-party managers in the metro Atlanta area with 50+ Institutional Class A anchored shopping centers. Prior to that Tom was Director of Leasing with Merchants Management Inc., the management arm for Thomas Enterprises, which was the largest retail developer in Georgia in the 1990’s. Merchants Management was later acquired by Noro Management, Inc. where Tom was retained through the acquisition as Director of Leasing for a further 4 years. Prior to that Tom was Director of Leasing for the Shopping Center Group, Inc. for approximately 4 years in the mid-80’s. Most recently, Tom was a senior Partner at Jaz Management Company in Buckhead. Jaz develops, owns, leases and manages shopping centers in GA and SC.
Mr. Thompson relocated to London, England in 1988 and was Director of Property Acquisitions for Blockbuster U.K. Ltd. He was responsible for new store development in the London metropolitan area.
Tom is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Georgia and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He attended college at UNC Charlotte and UGA majoring in Business Administration. Tom was also a member of both tennis teams and held 2 Men’s Doubles AA2 (ALTA) City Titles in 1996 and 1998. Tom resides in Peachtree City with his British wife Sheila of 32 years and has two adult children, Sean and Hannah. Tom enjoys golf, tennis, squash, music and travel.

Mark Solarski
Senior Real Estate Advisor
Mark Solarski, a licensed Georgia Real Estate Salesperson, joined Dart Retail in 2025. Mark specializes in representing retailers and restaurants throughout the Southeast, with expertise in trade patterns and demographic analysis, site selection, lease and contract negotiations, site package preparation, and property marketing. He works closely with each client to define space requirements, develop market penetration strategies, identify profitable locations, and negotiate favorable lease terms tailored to their specific needs.
Prior to joining Dart Retail, Mark spent nearly five years at Lang Commercial Real Estate, where he and his partner successfully developed, leased, and sold multiple unanchored strip centers and single-tenant net lease properties. Prior to that, Mark spent nearly six years at Emerge Real Estate Services where he and his partner successfully completed 80 commercial transactions with clients including Starbucks, Pet Supermarket, and The Juicy Crab. His deep industry knowledge, strategic approach, and commitment to client success make him a trusted advisor in the retail real estate sector.
Mark is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a member of the CCIM Institute and received his CCIM designation in 2020. Mark values integrity, leadership, and teamwork, and is dedicated to building lasting relationships while delivering top-tier solutions to his clients. His professionalism and results-driven approach have earned him the trust and respect of those he serves.
Beyond real estate, Mark and his wife, Melissa, enjoy traveling, music, and spending time with family, friends, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Twiglet.

Mark Hoffmann

Mark Hoffmann joined Dart Retail Advisors in 2023 as Sr. Director of Client Services. In this role, Mark works directly with our Client partners, providing expertise in shopping center tenant mix and marketing initiatives, tenant expansion strategies, market and trade area analyses, site selection, and new unit development alternatives.
Mark has over 35 years of Tenant real estate experience with companies ranging from fashion to footwear to vitamins & supplements to automotive. Most recently, he was the VP of Real Estate/Construction/Facilities Management for Pep Boys. Prior to that, he held the positions of Director of Real Estate for Chico’s FAS, VP of Real Estate for Vitamin World, and VP of Real Estate for Claire’s Accessories among others.
Mark has personally completed over 2000 lease transactions as an individual contributor or team leader. He has worked on over a dozen retailer acquisitions and has experience with single-tenant and multi-tenant freestanding buildings; leasing in-line shopping centers, outlet centers, and mall spaces; as well as downtown central business district storefronts. With his background in corporate real estate leasing and development, construction, facilities management, lease administration, and mergers & acquisitions, he brings a well-rounded base of knowledge to our Clients.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, and an MBA from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. He is a long-standing member of ICSC (fka “International Council of Shopping Centers”) and will soon be a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in GA. Mark and his wife Liana have 3 adult daughters and 5 grandchildren. They enjoy travel, reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with their family.

Courtney is a seasoned commercial real estate broker and Leasing Manager at Dart Retail Advisors, where she represents landlords across metro Atlanta. With over a decade of experience in investment and leasing, she is known for her ability to curate the right mix of tenants, revitalize underutilized properties, and enhance the value of retail and multifamily assets. She also leads GoodLife Investments, her boutique commercial investing and education consulting firm and creative venture studio, and is the visionary behind the Black Southern luxury-themed, Sandtown Trail Social Club rooted in culture and generational wealth building connections.
Raised in Winston-Salem, NC and now thriving in Atlanta, Courtney combines her love for real estate with a passion for natural wellness and community building. Her success stems from her patience, strategic mindset, and sincere dedication to people—traits that continue to draw investors, developers, and clients seeking her trusted guidance.
Her career spans over 17 years as an entrepreneur and 10 years as a real estate investor and developer. Courtney has a strong reputation for navigating complex deals, revitalizing distressed assets, and educating both first-time and seasoned investors. Her portfolio includes luxury homes, multifamily investments, and commercial properties across the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

Courtney is a Wingate University graduate with a degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. She worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 13 years before becoming a real estate investor. While becoming a licensed real estate agent Courtney also became a licensed yoga instructor. Courtney is still very active in the mindfulness and wellness industry. Active in both the industry and her community, Courtney is a member of the AGREE Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangers, the Atlanta Planning Advisory Board, and several neighborhood associations. She lives in Upper West Side, Atlanta with her family and enjoys exploring Atlanta’s local restaurants, music, and cultural events

Jackie Kidd

Jackie Kidd has been in commercial real estate for over 35 years in the Atlanta Metro area as well as servicing South Carolina and Maryland on a number of different retail-oriented projects in her long tenure in the business
Jackie ‘s Career began with The Noro Group, a Dutch based holding company with at the time some of the best retail sites in the Atlanta metro. This company was later purchased by the New Market company Jackie transitioned with the acquisition and stayed with New Market for 5 additional years. She brought the Noro portfolio with her and also began working on new developments with a number of different types of owners (institutional, REITS, private equity etc.). After leaving New Market Jackie then, moved to Wheeler Kolb and continued on with the NORO portfolio and also began leasing for The Scott Hudgens Development for about 15 years. During her tenure with Wheeler Kolb Jackie took a short break in her career and was called to adopt 2 beautiful children. Following her short five-year break to raise the children, Jackie was called back to Wheeler Kolb and later stayed for another 5 years.
For the last 3 years Jackie has been with The Shumacher Group and has been solely focused on Tenant Representation. Working with national, regional, franchised , and local Tenants to meet their specific Tenant needs to find locations, negotiate proposals, LOIs, and Leases. Jackie is most excited about Joining Dart Retail because she see it as going back to her roots on the Landlord leasing side of the business but will also enjoy coupling it with her Tenan representation business and continue to service and represent her tenant client needs.

Jackie Kidd is originally from Pennsylvania where she held a very dynamic and interesting first career as a Disc Jockey which is how she came to be a Georgia girl. Jackie is married to Daryl Kidd, a Family Law Attorney in Marietta, and together they have 2 adopted children and 2 grandchildren. They are both are very invested and involved in their family life. She plays tennis for ALTA and USTA where she lives in Kennesaw and is active in Northstar church. Jackie volunteers with MUST Ministries with the Summer lunch program, and the Homeless Meal programs. Jackie is an animal lover with a Dog and 3 cats. Jackie and her husband love to go to concerts and play in tennis/pickleball tournaments where they live in active Legacy Park neighborhood with group of friends that have become more like family.
Jackie attends ICSC events and enjoys networking with her peers. Jackie knows the value in building lasting relationships and enjoys growing in a business surrounded by the best-in-class people.

Lauryn Lawrence
Manager of Operations
Lauryn joined Dart Retail as the Operations Manager in the summer of 2022.
She currently provides office administrative support to the Dart Retail team and is responsible for overseeing operational activities at every level of the organization. Her duties include technology and systems training for all employees, managing quality assurance, strategizing process development and improvement to ensure everyone completes all tasks on schedule, and account, facilities, and marketing management for the Dart Retail team.
Lauryn has over 20+ years of experience in management, customer support, employee training and relations, sales, and escalated investigations. She is also skilled in data entry and project management. Lauryn excels in employee mediation and engagement.
Lauryn holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and Management degree from Strayer University.
